• Do inspect all items upon receiving them. Make sure that there is no damage that is attributable to causes that may arise during shipment.

• If you wish to return/exchange, please state the problem clearly in your email and what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item: another product, store credit, or refund.

• The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, that is, untailored, new and unwashed, and must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is a defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which case HijabOutlet.com will absorb all shipping costs. Please ship returns with delivery confirmation because we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
